Alejandro Ferrandiz

Alejandro Ferrandiz is an interdisciplinary artist exploring the tension between disruption and preservation in audiovisual media. Rooted in analog film, sculpture, and performance, his work dissects human interaction, materiality, and the subconscious through decay, sonic transformations, and mold-like growths. Growing up between New York and its suburbs, he became fascinated by public transportation—its rhythms, its liminal spaces, and its role in queering rigid suburban structures.
