Natalie Haug-Pavlak is lobsta lovin' resident of the great state o’ Maine. She explores the internal struggles that appear within different stages of adulthood, and draws inspiration from the day-to-day happenstances and imagery of life. Despite primarily animating in 2D, Natalie also enjoys using Blender to create 3D works.

Obtaining success brings about a brief relief that is followed by a suspicious clouding of judgement; reaching farther and to higher goals requires one to venture forth holding initial ignorance and uncertainty when faced with new situations. The abstract journey through a treacherous mountain highlights the power that self-deprecation and doubt possess, solace only revealing itself once one reaches their lowest, and when they are at their most receptive.
