Rainer Gardner-Olesen

Rainer Gardner-Olesen specializes in 3D animation. His love for the emerging technology in the field of digital storytelling is exemplified in his work, playing with the idea of how such tech will impact the world.

His works discuss themes of existentialism, human social and economic structures and are greatly inspired by ancient works such as Roman, Greek, and biblical mythology. He uses these concepts and techniques to create surreal works playing with the idea of what it means to manipulate digital media, the way that one manipulates a physical medium.
