Julie Zhu
Julie Zhu is a multidisciplinary artist focusing on digital design and motion graphics. Aspiring to learn more about animation, she transferred to RISD’s FAV program from Parsons’ illustration program. Her animations often explore everyday experiences, quiet observations, and the emotional weight held within ordinary moments. Blending humor, intimacy, and reflection, she loves to explore human connection, not through grand events, but through subtle, personal details. In her senior thesis film. Julie uses objects and memories to reflect on how the smallest moments often become the ones that stay with us.
